How do I reserve a vehicle?

Use the online reservation form on the home page. Submit dates, pickup and return cities, vehicle preference, and contact details. We confirm vehicle availability, pricing, documents, deposit, and pickup instructions before accepting the booking.

Is customer registration required?

No. Registration is optional. A saved customer profile helps future bookings connect to the same customer record and keeps repeat rental details easier to manage.

Where can I pick up and return?

The online form currently supports Las Vegas and Los Angeles for pickup and return. This keeps Vegas, expo, tourism, and LA cross-city routes simple to coordinate.

How do deposits and holds work?

A reservation deposit may be required to hold the vehicle and dates. A security deposit authorization may be placed before pickup and released after return if there are no issues. Damage, late return, cleaning, fuel, tolls, or tickets may be charged under the confirmed rules.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellation windows, refundable amounts, and any non-refundable reservation fees are confirmed before payment. Expo weeks, holidays, and high-demand travel dates may have stricter rules.

What documents are needed?

A valid driver's license, matching customer information, payment card, and any required insurance or protection details may be needed before vehicle handoff. Final requirements are confirmed with the booking.

What if I need to extend or return late?

Contact us before the scheduled return time. Extensions depend on vehicle availability and may change the final rental total.

How are tolls, tickets, and fuel handled?

Tolls, parking tickets, traffic citations, fuel differences, and related processing fees from the rental period may be charged to the customer after the rental.

How do phone, WhatsApp, and WeChat contact work?

The website has fixed contact entries ready. Once the direct phone, WhatsApp, and WeChat details are confirmed, those buttons can open the correct call or chat links. For now, use email or the online reservation form.

Where can I see Google Reviews?

The reviews area is prepared. Once the Blue 8 Cars Google Business Profile link is available, the site can connect customers to the real Google Reviews page.
